The job search market is huge and due for disruption. Job seekers are desperate to get an edge - this gives it to them. The big downside of this niche is that once users find a job, they churn. Plus, people looking for a job aren’t always willing to spend money (since they are tight on cash). Check out Final Round AI and OfferGoose for some inspo.

Build, Don’t Buy

Technology implementation agency for businesses

$2.3M TTM revenue | $1.3M TTM profit | $7.8M asking price

This is an idea with an extremely strong position in the market, just not worth buying for most people. As a solo developer, you can put together a pitch to potential clients and send out cold emails. With that said, this company is a great example of what a successful technology/AI agency looks like.
