Startup Sphere Weekly #72
Copy this AI email management tool making $1.9 million.
Welcome back to Startup Sphere 👋
I recently put out an Instagram video on how to build a Reddit automation SaaS. If you’re interested in seeing more breakdowns like that, drop me a follow.
Announcement
After months of testing and feedback, Startup Sphere Insights is live.
The idea: a database of proven business ideas - scraped from the largest online business marketplaces, each one distilled into an AI-generated pitch you can act on immediately.
Here's what changed my thinking. Early in my online business journey, I was obsessed with originality. The idea had to be mine. Then I accidentally built something that already existed - and sold it for $50,000.
Copying what works isn't a shortcut. It's the strategy.
That's the entire premise of Startup Sphere Insights. Instead of spending months on an unproven concept, you start with businesses that have already found buyers, revenue, and real traction - then make them your own.
If you're tired of building in the dark, check it out - early users get a special rate.
Thanks for all the support. Now let’s get into this week’s rundown ⤵️
Big Idea
AI music generation tool
$695K TTM revenue | $559K TTM profit | $1.8M asking price
AI is going to (and already is) disrupt almost every industry, including music. This tool offers creators a suite of AI-powered features that allow them to turn vocals into full-length songs. This honestly seemed super niche to me at first, but this tool has over 3 million users. Check out Kits AI and Suno if you’re looking for some inspiration in this space.
Build, Don’t Buy
Cross-platform email management tool
$1.9M TTM revenue | $813K TTM profit | $5.6M asking price
Email is the longest-standing platform (I think, don’t quote me), and it’s messy. I love that this tool tries to unify email accounts across multiple platforms and uses AI to try to clean them up. The market for this is obviously huge, since virtually everyone feels like their email is overwhelming. With that being said, I don’t think this is a particularly difficult product to build. I’d be willing to bet most email providers have an API that you can access directly. Check out SparkMail and Thunderbird.
Micro Acquisitions
Thanks again for tuning into this week’s newsletter. If you want to see more, feel free to follow along on Instagram. I’ve been posting a bunch there.
That’s all for this week ✌️
