❓ Why it Works: Independent hotels can’t afford the big players, and they are losing money every night to suboptimal pricing.

⚔️ The Competition: The space includes players like Duet, Lighthouse, and Atomize.

📖 The Playbook: Get listed on the Cloudbeds marketplace and Mews marketplace as an integration. This will get you eyeballs organically. In parallel, you can also start cold emailing small hotel chains and offering to install your software for free. Once they start using it and see the value it brings, it will be difficult for them to offboard. Cold email works in this case because the CLV is high.

Most creators with a paid community end up using platforms where they don’t actually own the channel (Skool) or duct-taping some payment links and spreadsheets together to keep track. This tool would help bridge the gap and allow users to implement a paywall for their Discord, WhatsApp, or Telegram group.
